These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Raptor website, Discord bot, and related order-management services (the “Service”) operated by Romaio / Raptor (“we”, “us”). By signing in with Discord or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Raptor provides multi-server Discord order tracking, activation codes, presets, staff boards, and a web dashboard. Features may change, pause, or end at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must have a Discord account and authority to manage any Discord server you activate. You are responsible for activity under your Discord login and for keeping access secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ servers or data
• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Resell activation codes or access without our permission

4. Activations & server configuration

Activation codes bind the Service to a Discord server. Server admins control presets, roles, and channels. We are not responsible for misconfiguration by server staff or for Discord outages.

5. Orders content

Order notes, buyer references, and presets are provided by your server’s staff. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for lost data, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
