Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Raptor (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you use the Raptor Discord bot and web portal (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

• Discord account data — when you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user id, username, avatar, and the list of servers you belong to (via the identify and guilds scopes), including permission flags we use to see which servers you can manage.
• Server configuration — presets, staff board mappings, role/channel settings, and activation status for servers you activate.
• Order records — order numbers, buyer Discord ids, status, preset references, and notes entered by staff.
• Technical data — session cookies and basic request logs needed to run and secure the Service (hosted on Cloudflare).

2. How we use information

We use this data to:

• Authenticate you and show servers you can activate or manage
• Store and sync order workflows between Discord and the web dashboard
• Operate activation codes and owner administration tools
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (for example Cloudflare Pages/D1) solely to host the Service. Discord receives OAuth and bot API traffic as required to provide login and bot features.

4. Cookies & sessions

We use HttpOnly session cookies after Discord OAuth so you stay signed in. Clearing cookies or signing out removes local session access.

5. Retention

We keep activation, settings, and order data while your server remains activated or as needed to operate the Service. You may ask us to revoke activations or delete server data where practical.

6. Your choices

You can disconnect by signing out, removing the bot from a server, or asking the bot owner to revoke an activation. You can also revoke Raptor’s Discord OAuth access in your Discord authorized-apps settings.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region to use Discord). Do not use the Service if you do not meet Discord’s age requirements.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
